AHG focuses on hotel-enhanced mixed-use projects with strong destination characteristics. The AHG profile for typical size and type of projects is as follows:

   - Branded full-service hotels of 150 to 250 rooms
   - Independent boutique hotels of 100 to 200 rooms
   - Branded or independent golf resorts of 200 to 350 rooms
