We will provide overall project conceptualization, spearhead implementation and execution, and assist with equity capital and debt financing. AHG can also bring appropriate strategic alliances and solid joint venture partners to your project.

AHG focuses on hotel-enhanced mixed-use projects with strong destination characteristics. The AHG profile for typical size and type of projects is as follows:

Branded full-service hotels of 150 to 250 rooms
Independent boutique hotels of 100 to 200 rooms
Branded or independent golf resorts of 200 to 350 rooms
