Jason Durbin, Corporate Director of Revenue Technology & Project Management, oversees marketing initiatives and projects from conception to completion, ensuring optimum levels of efficiency, creativity and organization.

Durbin is proficient in utilizing enterprise-wide guest data collection to create ‘micro-marketing' campaigns that are then used to build customer loyalty and drive business. His thorough knowledge of guest preferences and spend patterns that have been essential in implementing efficient and effective marking campaigns across all business sectors. Durbin ensures maximum exposure in all appropriate distribution channels for the property while carefully monitoring price positioning and rate yield management.

Prior to his work with Azul Hospitality Group, Durbin served as Business Development Manager for JC Resorts, where he oversaw web development, data warehousing and a company-wide CRM database. Additionally, Durbin was responsible for creating a highly profitable technology division for JC Resorts, and provided financial and operational analysis for each of the company's properties. Before his employment with JC Resorts, Durbin served as a database software consultant for New Horizons Worldwide, Inc.

Durbin holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, San Marcos and has completed formal Oracle database training at the University of California San Diego. He is a member of Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International.
