VP of Residential Resorts
Jeffery Zogg, Vice President of the Condominium & Fractional Division of Azul Hospitality Group, is responsible for overseeing the development and operations of whole ownership and fractional resort product.
More than twenty-five years of high-end resort experience make Zogg a powerful asset to Azul Hospitality Group. Zogg’s expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, capital improvements, regulatory issues, and facilities management equipped him to create one of the largest property and rental management companies in Utah. In addition, his extensive work with home owners’ associations for The Canyons, a master planned resort community in Park City, Utah, led Zogg to develop a model for the fractional industry that unites owners and developers.
In his career with American Skiing Company, one of the top five resort developers in the U.S., Zogg played a key role in the development of the fractional interest product, including building design and layout, real estate and strategic planning, establishment of the HOA, and development of the CC&Rs. Zogg has been credited with the creation of numerous best practices currently used in the servicing of both whole ownership and fractional interest lodging products.
Prior to joining Azul Hospitality Group, Zogg was the Vice President of Lodging for American Skiing Company, where he opened and operated the Grand Summit Resort Hotel, the Sundial Lodge, and the Silverado Lodge.
