TJordan Coopersmith

Jordan Coopersmith, Business Development Manager, is responsible for developing and managing AHG’s new business opportunities and relationships.

Coopersmith’s extensive and diversified experience in the real estate industry includes entitlement work, acquisitions, and financing for small to large-scale residential and commercial projects. He has also been able to build and strengthen strategic alliances among industry influencers through active involvement in both industry and community-based organizations.

Prior to joining AHG, Coopersmith held project management positions with Urban Collective and Sunroad Enterprises, as well as internship positions at Fairfield Residential and Latitude 33 Planning and Engineering.

Coopersmith has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of San Diego and is a member of Urban Land Institute.
