Elaine Joli, a marketing and sales management consultant for Azul Hospitality Group, is responsible for developing turnkey solutions to clients selling to develop fractional interest real estate properties.
Joli brings 16 years of experience in the real estate industry to Azul Hospitality Group, focusing on resort real estate with an emphasis on fractional intervals and private residence club developments. She has distinguished herself by advancing thorough and innovative marketing and sales strategies while incorporating strong core elements that are critical for success. Her sure-handed use of research and analysis, effective target marketing, and ability to execute to a precise critical path, together with her adherence to budget controls and expertise in advertising and public relations management, have increased revenues and expedited sales for developers.
Prior to joining Azul Hospitality Group, Joli held management consulting positions for resort developers, including two American Skiing Company landmarks, the Grand Summit properties in Park City and Steamboat Colorado. Properties on which she has consulted for independent developers include The Lodges at Deer Valley, The Chateau at Silver Lake in Deer Valley, and The Lodge at Stillwater, in Park City, Utah. Residential developments include the Kennecott Land master planned community; Daybreak, a 4,200-acre neo-traditional green-build urban development in South Jordan, Utah; and six residential condominium developments in Vancouver, British Columbia, including two large mixed-use projects.
